A splash park, basketball court and lacrosse rebound wall will be built in Kahnawake and be ready before the summer. The court will be built on the site of the old K103 building while the splash park would go behind the Orville Standup memorial park in the adjacent green space. The Lacrosse rebound wall is slated for the space east of the outdoor rink along the river road. The cost is estimated at $190 000 for the entire project, according to MCK Chief Carl Horn.
